How much input will you need from me?
I’ll be doing the work, but I'll need some input from you. Before the project starts, we’ll have a 60-90-minute kick-off call during which I’ll learn more about you, your business, your clients, and what problem you’re solving for them.
What if I don’t know who my dream customer is yet?
That’s what the Brand Voice Builder is here to help you with! In our kick-off call, I’ll ask you all the pertinent questions to determine who they are or who you want them to be – and who you don’t want them to be. Everything else you need will be in the avatar I create for you.
Can you redesign my website too?
Sorry, design isn’t my thing! The website edit will be for the copy only, but I will make suggestions on layout when necessary.
I need ongoing support with my copy - can you help?

Will you use AI to edit my website copy?
Absolutely not. AI is regurgitated and unoriginal content, which is everything that the Brand Voice Builder isn’t. However, I will use AI to help with research and insights during the project.
What format will you send the documents in?
I usually send documents in Word format along with a PDF copy. If you prefer Google Docs, just let me know in our kick-off call.
